Derrière la lumière
HEVIUS

I don’t want to cry « Victory » too late, but that’s a fact, HEVIUS is one of the best French Heavy Metal CD I heard for a long time! HEVIUS is a perfect mix of traditional 80’s HEAVY METAL (that remind me sometimes early MALEDICTION), Rock and actual traditional Metal! Songs are dynamic, energetic, melodic, powerful but with a lot of feeling, and sung in French, riffs are really good and they succeed to keep “The French Touch” most of foreign Fans like!

Musically it’s perfect and very professional, the singing is also excellent for this kind of Heavy Metal, and you will find no average songs in this CD! The only think I could regret is the ballads Azalée, Encore and Oublie Moi…perhaps too much for an album. So be sure that if HEVIUS just play a little bit more into the 80’s HEAVY METAL style it will be one of the leader of the young new bands that start to appear in France! I really invite you to discover this band rapidly and I’m sure they will convince you! The band is still working on the new album and I can’t wait to listen to it!

With HEVIUS “HEAVY METAL” is with us!
