Since the departure of Fred, the singer battery ofEVIL ONE , it delayed me to see on scene the result of l' association of the group with Alexis, the hurlor with the tremor without similar of HURLEMENT. The organization of the Thrash Metal Attack 2 in the small room of the center of Paris, Le Klub, d' a capacity d' reception of 120 people, brought opportunity in this February 3, 2011 from there to me. The concert being envisaged with 18:30, I am able early nothing to miss and discovers that one evening galères began: a group of opening, the Brazilian ones of RED FRONT, which disappears in Paris, lost with the van in which the money and papers of the Poles of HEADBANGER are who, in fact, cannot leave the van matos of the carpark… A guitarist who forgot his rack of effect at his place, obliged to make as quickly the outward journey return as possible (two hours, nevertheless!), another which forgot its head of amplifier… In short, with 18:30, there are only two (2, yes!) musicians present at l' hour to which the concert is supposed to begin! Not engraves, all returning in the order one hour later, each one activating itself to assemble the kit of battery as fast as possible and to install the sound system so that RED FRONT can start as fast as possible. C' is that also, the reality of the Rock'n'Roll !
When the Brazilian ones go up on scene (“to go up” is a quite great word, the aforementioned scene being on the level of the ground), it is to discharge from the frustration accumulated because of the delay. Their Metal Hardcore, tinted of Punk and SEPULTURA (of which they will propose the resumption of Territory), made fly, public, although not very many, being devoted with a pleasure not pretends with a meeting of headbanging quickly followed of one pogo saving which will cease only when the quintet puts a term at its set. A service returns inside, introduction of a group powerful, communicative and smiling, all, the Léo singer and the Marq bass player at the head, marking their satisfaction to be there by a broad smile which they post of the beginning to the end. However, at the end of the third title, a last galère occurs when, by jump behind its barrels, Bradock (the beater, therefore) rises asking what to sit down: one of the feet of its stool released! At the end of the set, however, all the galères of the beginning are forgotten.

Without losing one second, EVIL ONE installs its material, and starts its concert by the piece titrates of its excellent new album, Militia Of Death. The public reacts immediately, raising the fist and headbangant in rate. Only Straight To Hell is undoubtedly appropriate less for this kind of room, the people present pretence less receptive at various the tempi of the piece. But the continuation does not leave anybody indifferent, each conspicuous piece this same increasingly active public, developing a monstrous energy. And Alexis, in all that? Vocally, it is essential as one of the most original singers who is in France (Léo, the hurlor of RED FRONT even came to take it with the throat by asking him for "my friend, what is THIS ? " while speaking about the voice ofAlexis). Even if it is less exuberant than its predecessor, the room exigüe of the Klub is not the best place to judge performance of the newcomer, than one feels however at ease and happy, specifying even that “what I like with this kind of place, it is that even if there are only 30 person one with the impression to play in front of 200”. The group however needs d' space for really being able to take its take-off. A good excuse thus to re-examine EVIL ONE live on a larger scene. But even here, the public is receptive, and can support this hope group. Franciliens, let us note it, belong to these groups which never balk to play, whatever can be the conditions. Their year is charged, the occasions to see them (in France or elsewhere) will be numerous.

page myspace of HEADBANGER, you will visit will have a rather precise idea of what their music gives: of the Thrash old school which points out the METALLLICA of the beginnings immediately. Howling guitars still accompany the aggressive voice by one James HETFIELD under the influence of the buttons of puberty… All is there, even the look and the logo, except that HEADBANGER brings its personality and its modern vision of the things. Aggressive if it is, the trio is shown also perfectly places from there, being let by no means disturb by the pogo which makes valdinguer with more than one recovery the microphone of Junior, the guitarist. Martin (low and song) communicates more than often with the public, howling in its micro its desire for seeing it moving. A thing is certain: HEADBANGER does not usurp its name, proposing varied pieces, effectively alternating heaviness and speed, energy of Heavy heaviest with Thrash most aggressive. Highly that kind the first album which the group wishes to be able to record under good conditions with an additional guitarist.
