TOMMI GUNN needs little to no introduction as it has been on top of every collector’s wish list for decades. TOMMI GUNN “Talk of the Town” features each of the 15 studio recordings from 1985 to 1989. The master reels were baked, digitalized, & remastered by Anthony Focx (Ace Frehley, Aerosmith, Foreigner, L.A. Guns) providing “Talk of the Town” the overall feeling & sound signature the band had always intended. The sound is top shelf!
Eonian Records also spared no expense on the level of detail of the booklet, as it comes with everything you’ve come to expect from the in-depth history of TOMMI GUNN’S time from Chicago to Hollywood and loaded with never-before-seen photos. We consider this to be an essential piece of Hollywood Sunset Strip history and a must for ALL collectors.
Stop us if you have heard this. It’s 1987. Hollywood, with all its style & sounds, is exploding. Five California kids and a guy from Alabama come together with a shared dream - making it big on the Sunset Strip! Five guys, busting their asses on the legendary stages of Hollywood. Five musicians, following the path of their musical heroes, shared the bill with others who were pursuing the same dream. Five guys walking the streets of Hollywood, plastering posters & flyers anywhere they would stick and be seen, hustling to sell tickets to fill the clubs.
While the RARE TOUCH story may be like that of other bands, these songs are uniquely their own and thirty-plus years later, the band’s legacy lives on with this collection of never-released songs and beautiful booklet detailing their journey.
LYPSWITCH started off with Eonian Records a decade ago on the four-disc box set “Rock ‘N’ Roll Rebels & The Sunset Strip.” Fast forward and the two have joined forces to release a historic collection of their studio recordings, including three new songs. In the early days, LYPSWITCH categorized their sound as “underground punk-funk street rock.” When the guys arrived in Hollywood via Orlando in April of 1988, the glam scene was morphing to a more street-level sound, so they did not have to adapt much to fit in; however, the band’s sound naturally got more down & dirty.
If you are a fan of Guns N’ Roses, L.A. Guns, Bang Tango, Love/Hate, and Funhouse, LYPSWITCH is for you! We consider this an essential piece of Los Angeles music history.
If you were one of the lucky ones who own an original copy of the band’s self-released “Strawberry Jam” EP, it fetches for a pretty penny nowadays. Combining the old with the new, “Phoenix,” the new album from SPLIT IMAGE provides six tracks remixed & remastered from the original “Strawberry Jam” master reels and six newly recorded tracks. Twelve rocking tracks in the vein of Dokken & Tyketto that encapsulate the true sound of one of Central Florida’s most promising Rock acts from the early ‘90s.
“Phoenix” also features Ross Childress, original lead guitarist & co-songwriter for the rock band Collective Soul, as well as Adin Stickle, singer, songwriter, & guitarist of The Thrill, as well as the guitarist of Slippery When Wet. Truly an essential piece to any Melodic Hard Rock collection!
If “Out Of My Hands,” the opening track of MISERY’s third album of the same name, tells us anything about the Pasadena, Texas based band, it's that they are about to unleash an absolute monster, a behemoth of a release that highlights just what a talented set of musicians they truly are. From that song forward, it continues to gain momentum while Joe Villarreal flattens anything in his path; Greg Gilley funnels angry verses into a goosebump-inducing chorus, while drummer Kevin Coffey churns out filthy grooves.
“Out Of My Hands” is jam-packed with everything MISERY gave us with “Misery Loves Company” and “Risk It All” … explosive riffs, fierce vocals, harmonies, and thumping rockers, but, if possible, the band had propulsive power to spare in album number three. A Must-Have!
BULLETPROOF's “Bite Down Hard” was a huge success! The album received rave reviews, and the band was often compared to AC/DC and Cinderella. “We recorded our debut album intentionally, avoiding sterile, over-the-top mixing. It was our Rock ‘N’ Roll Bastard Child,” Nemanja Stojanović says. While the band was on the road, they wrote and recorded their sophomore album, “No Compromise.”
Without changing gears, BULLETPROOF decided to push their boundaries a bit further and harder on this album. Enter drummer Kyle Brian, one of L.A.’s finest heavy hitters. Also, the album sounds huge, yet it is still raw and dirty, just as you would hope. It's a perfect follow-up to a great debut album!
Iconic frontman of Julliet and Heartless, KENNY MCGEE’s new album “The Picture”' is an absolute stunner of a release that highlights just what a talented musician and songwriter he is. As we’ve watched several of the biggest and most famous singers and bands who dominated the hard rock scene of the ‘80s and early ‘90s degrade in public before our very eyes, KENNY MCGEE seems to only get stronger.
Across several albums, Kenny has proved, time and time again, that you can make meaning, melody, and riffs alongside thoughtful musicianship in the hard rock genre without succumbing to cliches or lazy, derivative pastiches. “The Picture” might be one of Kenny’s best to date!
TAINTED SAINTS is a killer-sounding band that shoots straight from the hip! Their first official release through Eonian Records was produced by Jim Ebert (Jason Falkner, Marvelous 3, and Butch Walker) Beautifully arranged, the album is brimming with classic rockers like “Temptation,” “Voodoo Girl,” or Wicked Little Smile,” as well as the slower, more introspective “Unspoken.” In a nutshell, you’ll find the manic energy of Mother Love Bone, the glam rock flavor of Hanoi Rocks, and an anthemic echo of Rolling Stones. It is exuberant, exciting, and effortlessly cool.
TAINTED SAINTS stands as a testament to the power of amplification and deserves a place in every self-respecting rocker’s home. Emphatically, TAINTED SAINTS are genuinely Rock ‘N’ Roll!
This is arena rock with a new spin. No, this isn't some "now" band. This is a good old-fashioned arena rock ‘n’ roll with an updated approach. Think of it as if BON JOVI didn't follow the current music trends and wrote the album; we know he still has it in him. Well, that is what Florida's NICKOLOFF is delivering. They are not trying to replace anyone or be trendsetters. They want to have fun and make the kind of music that we all enjoyed during this genre’s heyday. Let us tell you, they nailed it!!!
As the first and aptly titled single, “Back Where I Belong” is the perfect anthem and channels the feelings of every listener. TAKE US BACK TO THE GOOD OLD DAYS OF ARENA ROCK!! Because that is where we all belong. There are no warning labels on this album other than playing it loud, which may cause you to like it more!
LASTWORLD returns once again with their fifth album in just under 5 years. One would think there would be a slow down having created all the music you’ve come to know and love, but No, Jim Shepard and David Cagle have once again filled their new album “Beautiful Illusion” with all the melodic hard rock you would expect from LASTWORLD. And as usual they have thrown a few surprises you would expect too. Once again mastered by the incredible JK Northrup.
Jim Shepard is an American independent multi-instrumentalist who has recorded several solo albums as well as his band Taxi, who dominated the Northwest Indiana rock scene in the ‘90s. Award-winning international singer David Cagle has recorded vocals on more than 1000 songs over the past 10 years for clients all over the world, covering multiple genres of music. Although a singer of many styles, Cagle is most known for his melodic, soulful rock voice.
ZO2, the powerhouse trio (Paulie Z, Sean McNabb, and Joey Cassata) known for their electrifying live performances, is back and ready to captivate audiences once again. Breaking the silence with a new release, “Begin Again,” the band takes its first steps back into the spotlight with their brand-new label, Kivel Records.

NO LOVE LOST is back with their sophomore release. One that doesn’t just prove the argument that a band can outshine a strong debut but set the bar and achieve a level-up. This is more than an album. This is a call back to a beloved genre and sound.
Scott Board is, without a doubt, a premier vocalist; combined with guitarist Marc Brown, birth an astonishing winning combination of Rock N Roll!
Austin, Texas-based guitarist, and vocalist Paul Lidel has become a familiar name to fans of ‘80s style hard rock, due to his past associations with such underground favorites as Dangerous Toys, Dirty Looks, and Broken Teeth. This self-titled debut album serves up a thirteen-track pack of raunchy, sleazy, hard-hitting rock/metal tunes that the album’s hype sheet describes as “aggressive and instantly memorable songs about insanity, murder, and the destruction of the human race.”
Ooooo-kay then! Let’s gather ‘round the stereo and rip the volume knob off, kids, because this sounds like it’s gonna be fun!

Rock ‘n’ Roll Rebels & the Sunset Strip were the final wave of Sunset Strip bands, the most competitive market for rock ‘n’ roll that had ever existed. During this era (1980s/Early 90s), the Sunset Strip had become a living, breathing entity of extreme depth and breadth of musicality, self-indulgence, and living in the intrepidly fast and dangerous lane. This boxset is a four-disc collection with 36 Bands and 72 Digitally Remastered Studio Recordings. This collection also features a 60-Page Booklet with a close up look at each band, Over 100 Original Archived Photos, and the 13-Page “Rock ‘n’ Roll Rebels: Sunset Strip Certified” Bio narrated by JohnnyX of The Wild and Adam Gifford of Paradise, both well-known bands on the Sunset Strip.
