From the pure cold ...
It is a good time when you're a columnist. The best of them is always that rare, where it is taped to listen to a CD which was not expected of a group ... expected that in general no.

one where the music speaks to us and when we say that decidedly was very lucky to be a columnist, because otherwise we would have missed a nugget. Welcome to In Recoil ...

DUSTBOWL is a French native of the Isle of France, which already has an album under his belt (Drops of chaos) , and a lot of concerts in France. The 5 musicians who make up (a classic line up: a singer , 2 guitarists, a bassist and a drummer) define their style as the heavy cold rock. The definition is perfect.

In fact, the combo is changing at the border of rock and metal in a style reminiscent PARADISE LOST (a major influences combo, well digested and assimilated), with a somewhat more modern (use of sounds Appliances (Sacred Traces, for example) and alternating voice acute, dark or outright auctions). Compositions are

globally Mid tempo, giving them real power, power, accentuated by the quality of production, which honors the guitar riffs without abandoning an inventive rhythm section and effective (the battery of Starblossom is just perfect).

And if all the musicians take their brilliantly unscathed, what about the performance of the vocalist of the group, G.HOST, capable of moving from a voice in any withholding singing "Hetfieldien" (Nowadays Lament) or a deep voice to Nick Holmes from PARADISE LOST (Irony or Versus, among many others).

singer kills a phenomenal job throughout an album of surprising control and maturity for a second opus. Needless to hold forth for hours , this is indeed an excellent album of heavy cold rock, well written, well performed and well produced, with its share of wonders (with the top and far to Starblossom, outstanding), which undoubtedly will please fans of the great PARADISE LOST, but also to many others.

can not be too advise you to go put an ear on the tracks listening on their website here and go live support.

A very good album ... Thank you gentlemen right time for this columnist ...
